Ordering

Ordering from Prodeviant.com is easy-.

•  Simply email me a list of the items you would like to purchase. (email address is at the bottom of this page)

•  Mention the first Item you would like in the subject line of your email.

•  I will email you an invoice with directions on how to make secure online payment.

• If an item is available in more than one color be sure to let me know your preference.

• To expedite processing your order-

  •  US customers- please include your zip code so I can calculate shipping. 

  • International customers- shipping policies vary from country to country.  Please indicate destination country and postal code so I can determine if I can even ship to your location.

If the item is in stock it normally will ship in 3-7 days. 

Made to order items normally ship in 2 to 4  weeks. (See note below)

There is currently a waiting list for made to order, out of stock and custom items. Email me wth the words "Waiting List" and the name of the item you would like in the subject line to be put on the list. 

Before contacting me please read the following-

Since I started this website I've been swamped with spam. Because of this about 98% of what comes into my inbox goes directly into the trash bin. 

to make sure your email isn't lost in the daily torrent of spam please do the following-

• Put the specific reason you are writing in the subject line. 

• Emails with one word or blank subject headers are deleted unread. 

•  If your subject line looks like spam I will assume it is.

• Your initial email must not have any attachments. Please turn off fancy signatures, pictures, icons  or anything else that may read as an attachment 

• Your initial email must be under 6k. this is to minimize the possibility of malicious code that may be hidden in the body of an email.

After you have established yourself as a real person you can send pics or longer emails.

If you do not get a reply to a legitimate email in a reasonable amount of time please try again.
